Room setup

The sweet bookcase (aka t-shirt shelf) that Ben constructed for me to put in my closet definitely doesn’t fit in said closet.  Time to rearrange my room again.  I’m happy I haven’t unpacked jack shite yet.  Moving boxes is much easier.  This is the final rearrangement.  For serious type.

And pretty soon I’m going to have to re-stain my new shelf as it didn’t agree with the heat this week while it lay outside.   The stain ended up bubbling and wreaking havoc.  It’s effed.  Starting over is fun.  This time though, it’ll be done indoors or under less extreme weather conditions.

MTV

I am happy that I am watching some Michael Jackson videos on MTV tonight.  This is a positive step for MTV.  It was so excellent that I ended up TiVoing it.  But looking ahead at the program listing for MTV reveals Jurassic Park III is set to run this Friday at 10 PM.  Soooo I’m thinking once that airs MTV has not jumped the shark.  They tried to jump the shark and ended up getting eaten by a shark.  A prehistoric shark.  I fret for the future of music television………
