It looks at though I have secured my two references for my NEW application. This is good news. Next up is writing the personal statement, which is really a joy to write. That sounds like sarcasm, but I do like to write personal statements for some bizarre reason. They make you take into full consideration what you’re about to delve into. Not only that, but make you think about what this will get you in the future as well. I often find myself getting caught up in the moment and not taking into consideration what the long term affects will be for my decisions. I can remember thinking during undergrad how the details of my career and life after college would magically sort themselves out and it was nothing to be worried about in the moment. Then suddenly I was out of school with no resume, no real job prospects and a $20,000 pile of college debt. Hmmm. Luckily, life is pretty forgiving on me and I was able to make my way. But any who, this time I will take my past history into consideration and make real plans for the future. Plans I will happily share with U Wmin.
